3 packages active dry yeast
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup warm (105 - 115 degree) water
5 cups flour
1 tablespoon salt
½ cup warm (105-115 degree) milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 eggs
Oil for Greasing
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon water
Pinch salt
poppy seeds
